Help for people who self-harm

We’re here for you. Help is available. The world can seem scary and isolating, but we exist to support you in whatever way we can.

Self Harm First Care Kits

All kits will be inside a discreet, non-marked bag. Inside will be first-aid supplies, stored in an easily portable pencil pouch, to keep wounds clean and protected.
Items within this kit include:

  • First Aid Supplies

  • Comfort Items

  • Additional Support Resources

All of these supplies will be followed with a resource list with information on wound care, as well as where to reach out for help.
Lastly, each kit will include a note from co-founder and name behind the organization, Nina Nowlan.

*Each kit may have slight variations in contents and packaging, based on the supplies we have available*
